Tango Total - Organized by Barrilito - Ripley Grier Studios, Manhattan, NY.

Join Alejo de los Reyes collaborating with Carlos Andres Duenas on this ride along the music landscape.
UPDATE 9/3: We will be working on one Tango only: El Adios
Find lead sheet and lyrics here:

Guided by Alejo, and using “El Adios” work on, musicians and dancers will learn to interact real time, leading and following each other, interacting through a common musical and stylistic code and creating a different interpretation each time.
Musicians: give the chords and melody a try. Ideally you can play it before hand. We will not learn the song on site, so bring an instrument only if you can play at least a section of the song.
Or try singing 🙂 Humming along will suffice.
Workshop: 6:30 to 8p. We jam until 8:30p
Register in advance $20. Venmo: @barrilito
$25 at the door
